Global Changemakers Experience

It was a powerful and collaborative entrepreneurial experience.  The program itself was profound and intense – it stretched me to evolve to new heights.

All of a sudden from every angle – even before we began, I was seriously tested in my life; emotionally, physically, mentally, and especially with time management. Similar to that of the Entrepreneur Hero’s Journey. We were being groomed to imbibe the mindsets & soulsets of those influential Social Leaders and Changemakers before us.

I cannot even begin to count how many times I had to actually force myself NOT to opt out during this journey, even before the actual program started. I sensed there was going to be major time, commitment and work to be done during the program… and I was right. 

What made me “not give up,” and what gave me strength to keep going, was my internal wisdom of resilience and the unbelievable education and support from the GCME Team. The trust instilled that no matter what, energy is never wasted. I trusted I would do my best and whatever outcome at this moment in time will manifest is what is meant to happen.  

During the experience, every team leader made themselves fully available to each and every one of us. Whenever a breakdown occurred or if guidance was needed, all we had to do was ask. Through the coaching calls, workshops and group calls, we always felt guided and supported to take the next step despite feeling overwhelmed at times. 

I’ll never forget the lovingly concerned yet calm look on Nitasha’s face when I asked her, in my dry humorous way, as we were all rushing to the stage during the highest peak and absolute crunch time… “But Nitasha, I don’t know what to wear?!” I asked with a smirk. I was able to apply all my learned leadership tools of an Empowered Visionary Global Changemaker  — including “Playful Prosperity”, which I also now share with the World. Despite the pressure and stress  I choose to remain calm and bring joy to those around me that need it the most.

Winning the actual event will be a moment in time I will never forget. It literally catapulted my Entrepreneurial & Public Speaking career to the next level and empowered me to continue taking massive leaps of faith with my business which resulted in 3 more inspirational public speaking awards and building powerful relationships through the Global Changemakers collaborative communities.

My Movement: Walk with Warren

My intention is to create a system where individuals with chronic illnesses can receive funding and support for alternative medicine treatments and coaching. These resources will be deemed helpful towards the enhancement of their healing and wellbeing, in addition to their current western medical protocols. The underlying purpose is to allow for the possibility of increasing an individual’s energy levels while living with a chronic illness in order to empower them to receive the opportunity to contribute to society with meaning, purpose and joy.  

After the program had ended, I had received 3 subsequent 1:1 coaching sessions from the Founder, Nitasha and the GCME Team,  which provided me with the next steps going forward on identifying all unknowns and questions I had to manifest this dream into a reality. 

I also experienced a breakthrough in guiding me to take a step back from it all in order to build a stronger personal foundation to be able to not only handle and lead this project, but to be able to give with a full cup versus an empty one. 

As an entrepreneur, changemaker, leader, we may tend to take on more than we can handle and forget to take care of ourselves first (at least in my case, that has always been the story). In alignment with the GCME program values taught, I feel it is important to focus on our inner foundational work, as well as restoring integrity and “getting complete” with all areas of our lives before taking that golden leap of faith towards something that requires “all” our time, energy, health, leadership, and focus. 

Identify a problem. Create a solution. Believe in possibilities. Focus on my why.

Those 4 statements are what inspired the ideation process. The pain we feel when we truly embody a problem that we have identified on par with the joy felt when envisioning the greatest possible outcome is that which will drive us to become a true Changemaker in our own personal lives and in society as a whole.
